The Opportunity: Human Resources/ Recruitment Coordinator
The S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking for an enthusiastic HR graduate to join our team, to provide assistance in our recruitment cycle and other HR activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop key skills that will add value to your aspiring HR career, while at the same time expanding your existing skills. This is a fast paced role, requiring a high level of attention to detail, a great opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to the HR and recruitment field.

Under the direction of HR manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Facilitating job postings, sourcing, resume pre-screening and phone screening candidates
· Updating our applicants tracking system and Recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate results are captured
· Scheduling interviews with candidates, answering candidate questions
· Guiding new applicants through OMVIC application and licensing processes
· Coordinating employment offer packages, sign up and onboarding processes
· Entering new employees into Reynolds and Reynolds
· Assisting HR Manager to facilitate Health and Safety orientations and all other training as needed
· Administering new employee sign up and employee changes of Group Insurance Benefits
· Assist HR Manager with other HR administrative duties and HR projects as required

· A recent graduate in Human Resources
· 1 to 2 year experience in recruitment and selection
· A highly motivated, creative, pro-active approach to work
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, to manage and work towards multiple deadlines
· Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
· An ability to quickly learn and be comfortable with new computer applications
· Excellent communication skills
· An ability to meet deadlines and handle unforeseen issues promptly and effectively
· Driver’s license and ability to travel in between dealership(s) as asset
· Member of the HRPA as an asset
· Knowledge of the French language as an asset

Title Accounting Clerk (Maternity Leave Contract)

S. Dilawri Automotive Group is seeking for an Experienced Accounting Clerk (one year maternity leave contract from Sep 2016 to Oct 2017) to join our accounting team . Prior Automotive Dealership experience processing deals is a must. This position has potential to grow in a full time permanent position for our Barrhaven Campus.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm
Work location: Bank and Hunt Club (at the assigned dealership)
Salary: $40,000+ (pending experience)

About Us
S. Dilawri Automotive Group consists of eight automotive dealerships with five Brands in the greater Ottawa area. Our Barrhaven campus is under construction and three more dealerships are coming soon!

•All accounting duties related to Sales Dept. (posting deals, administering floorplan, preparing cheques, maintaining commission records, monitoring contract payments, posting factory incentive payments, etc.)
•Prepare daily deposit
•Post daily parts and service sales invoices
•Review inventory and receivable schedules
•Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
